Movies director and producer, Kemi Adetiba was her dazzling self as she was joined in matrimony with her Ghanaian music executive, Oscar Heman-Ackah.
The King of Boys director and her beau got wedded in a private civil ceremony on Friday while the traditional wedding ceremony took place on Saturday. The warm and intimate wedding ceremonies were witnessed by close family members and friends.
The civic ceremony saw the couple joined by a man of God who officiated the marriage ceremony.
At the traditional ceremony, Kemi was dazzling in her outfit which was complemented by an ‘extra-ordinary’ headgear. Her gele was gorgeous and different, confirming her trends setting nature. It was made by Vavavoom. It was a satellite, Madam Kofo- type gele that got the attention of all.
The gele was over a simple green lace gown, a corset tied at the back with bead appliques.
Many Nollywood stars including Sola Sobowale, the lead actress in her movie, King of Boys, were present. Sobowale was like the mother of the day at the traditional event.
Taking to her Instagram page, the excited bride shared a picture of herself and Herman-Ackah.
Another video of the couple’s marriage ceremony had also surfaced on social media.
The couple’s engagement was announced by Kemi on February 9, 2022, on her social media pages. Then, she revealed that Oscar on 28th January 2022 in Ghana popped up the big question, and she wholeheartedly said yes.

The Graduate of Benson Idahosa University, is also a jingles producer who has worked with the top brands like MTN, Etisalat, Glo, Diamond Bank, Interswitch, GTB, and DSTV.
