This is how to report an overcharging PoS operator to the CBN

The regulating apex bank, the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has released the modalities for reporting an over-charging Point of Sales (PoS0 agents.
Mr Joseph Omayuku, CBN’s Director, Governor’s Department, at a briefing with journalists in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State capital on Tuesday, said Nigerians could report PoS agents Charging more than N200 for withdrawal of amounts up to N10,000 or selling the Naira notes through some emergency numbers.
Omayuku advised members of the public to report erring PoS agents by reaching out to the CBN contact centre on 07002255226; Telephone Ext: 711025 – 7; contactcbn@cbn.gov.ng and its social media handles.
He warned that overcharging or selling of the naira notes is an illegal practices.
